  • 500g diced chicken or use 300g meat-free chicken style pieces (results in the same volume when cooked!)
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 100g plain flour or gram (chickpea) flour
  • 50g cornflour
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)
