We did the chicken tikka masala with gobi aloo, katchcumber and mango chutney and it was delicious.

My Pre Christmas batch-cooking cookathon is well underway. I had to pause to upload this fragrant beauty of a dish though. I'm only amazed that I have not made this Chef's Special wonder before. Delicious. Thank you guys. This tikka masala tastes utterly divine.

Hannah is my son's girlfriend and, when she comes to stay, she always asks if we can cook together. Tonight, we made Chicken Madras, Tikka Masala, Gobi Aloo, parathas and berry rice. She struggles with too much spice but always likes to try - and is now a lover of the Madras. We all enjoyed our Indian feast.

One of the (many) things I love about the Curry Legend recipes is that you find a favourite, only to be replaced by a new favourite. Chicken Tikka Masala is my new absolute favourite. It is rich and creamy with a tangy tomato flavour. I know I will be making this again soon.

Compared to some Curry Legend recipes, Chicken Tikka Masala is slightly more work, as you grill the marinading chicken separately whilst making the sauce before combining them. However, it is worth the extra effort for the succulent chicken and the rich tomato sauce. We enjoyed it with Tomato Rice and Naan Bread.

I wanted to share the image of the chicken tikka from the chicken tikka masala recipe as it was so pretty and colourful! This went into the luxurious chicken tikka masala sauce and it got a 10/10 from the family so we'll definitely be making it again!
