The crispy dog is from San Antonio in southern Texas, and consists of a hot dog stuffed with cheese then wrapped in a tortilla and fried until crispy. It’s a fabulous combination of flavours and textures, and makes a really moreish starter or snack (particularly when served with mustard or a spicy sauce to dip it in!)
