  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 50g butter
  • 150ml milk (any type)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 75g raisins or sultanas
  • 250g basmati rice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Chutney and salad to serve
