This simple noodle dish has a rich, sweet flavour from the combination of nut butter, sesame oil, crushed peanuts and the sesame seeds in our ZHIMA BLEND. The mix of textures from all these components also helps to make this easy recipe feel much more sophisticated than the time taken to make it would suggest!

Shopping List

  • 100g greens (eg tenderstem broccoli, spring greens, pak choi, etc, or use mixed veg - frozen mixed veg is ideal for this!) - cut into bite-size pieces if large
  • 1 clove of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 150g pre-cooked noodles (any type) or use 1 nest of dried noodles (approx. 60g-75g dry weight)
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional)
  • 2 tsp peanut butter or use tahini
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 1 tsp vinegar (rice, white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
