Having tried a few recipes and enjoyed them, I decided to buy the noodle legend pack! Tonight I made the sesame and peanut noodles, salt and pepper crispy tofu, and sesame cucumber salad! A cacophony of flavours and all vegan!

Wow - fantastic spread, Gaynor! We're so pleased to hear how much you loved your first taste of Noodle Legend!

Perfect

Perfect. The peanut butter and sesame oil make a delicious heart warming combination. With these easy noodle recipes I dont think I will ever bring myself to buy brand-name instant noodles again. Thank you guys, these are superb.

Why buy instant noodles when you can whip up your own from scratch? A million times fresher, more flavourful, and more satisfying :)

First recipe from the new book, mad success. Threw in all the left over greens in the fridge, a little extra protein & we had a very quick, yummy meal. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the book!

This is really simple and easy to make, and it tastes great too! I didn’t quite manage to match the Spicery’s presentation, so I’ll have to try again… but that won’t be a hardship.

Quick and tasty - served with the Ma La Pickles as suggested. I will definitely make this one again

This is my second time making this recipe. It’s quite flexible and forgiving. Last time I used tahini; this time I used peanut butter. I had to use crushed cashews instead of peanuts, but it was just as delicious.

Really quick yummy lunch. Made with two portions of noodles as I was hungry so just added a bit of extra water to make extra sauce.
