Shopping List

  • 100g greens (eg tenderstem broccoli, spring greens, pak choi, etc) - cut into bite-size pieces if large
  • 1 clove of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • A handful of chopped coriander or thinly sliced spring onions (optional)
  • 150g pre-cooked noodles (any type) or use 1 nest of dried noodles (approx. 60g-75g dry weight)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce, miso paste (any type) or use 1 extra tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp vinegar (rice, white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • ¼ tsp sugar
