Green Beans

Green Beans

It’s very common across the Middle East to find bean dishes - almost without exception, fresh beans are cooked for a significant period of time making them soft to the bite rather than retaining any crunch. Cooking them in this way mellows the flavours and makes the whole dish feel much more indulgent and satisfying.
