Green Veg Mixiote

Cooking raw ingredients in a seasoned parcel is an ancient technique used across the world - in Mexico it’s known as mixiote, and anything from veg to a whole goat can be cooked this way. Here we’ve got a mix of green vegetables, gently flavoured with garlic and our ORÉGANO BLEND to make a really simple but satisfying veg dish.
