  • 1kg chicken wings or use 1 large cauliflower for a veg version - broken into large florets
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 red chillies
  • 25g bunch of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 100g Greek yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • Chips and salad to serve
