Love noodles and Chinese food so treated myself to this. I live in France and this arrived safe with no issues. So far made several noodle dishes and satay. The spice mixes do simplify the whole process and having made a lot of these types of dishes in the past it saves a lot of time and wasted ingredients.

Excellent kit, lots of very good recipes. Only downside is the star anise in the Badian blend is just too strong and overpowers everything else. Think you should reduce this a bit. That aside, I’m loving this.

Loved this - much more exciting than buying ready made sauces, but no more challenging. Loads more flavour explosions, all relatively simple to make without loads of ingredients and things to prep.
