Meen (fish) Moilee is a simple curry from Kerala, made with lots of coconut milk and flavoured with mustard seeds, cinnamon and cardamon. It’s traditionally eaten as a breakfast dish at Christmas but is just as good for dinner, and works well with any firm-fleshed fish, shellfish or even a mix of the two.
