Description

This vibrant, tangy and crunchy salad is the perfect side for a summer BBQ. Chaats (the word translates as something like 'finger-licking taste'!) are often eaten as street food in India, and usually have sweet, salty and spicy flavours as well as a crunchy texture from the crispy topping. This version uses mangoes, and works brilliantly with some tandoori chicken, kebabs or even some grilled fish.
