This month's Club Recipe is a comforting and warming dish known as 'guisado con pollo' in Spanish. It's a simple stew made from chicken, vegetables and potatoes which is popular in various forms across Latin America and the Caribbean, and here we're using all four Taco Legend blends to create a fantastic depth of flavour.

  • 4 chicken legs or 8 drumsticks, or use root veg cut into large pieces for a veg version
  • 300g potatoes (any type)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • Rice and sour cream to serve
