Railway Lamb Curry

Hundreds of types of lamb or mutton curry exist in India, and the meat is particularly delicious in a rich, slow-cooked curry. This one is made with potatoes in a coconut milk sauce and was said to be served on the Frontier Mail - a train used during the British Raj era to carry passengers all the way from Delhi to Peshawar.
