El Pinto restaurant in Albuquerque is famed for its red chile ribs, topped with a crunchy crust of mild red chillies. It's a spectacular looking dish, but actually tastes much milder than it looks. Here we’re using our ANCHO BLEND to give a great colour and depth of flavour, but not too much heat to this easy dish.
