This is a mild, deeply-scented smoked sweet paprika (pimenton). The smoky flavour is powerful but absolutely delicious.The paprika is made in Extramadura from large sweet peppers about 6 inches long that are dried and smoked whole before being ground in stone mills.
Uses

Add to a pinch to dressings or sauces. Use in marinades or soups. Add to potatoes, beans or pulses. Rub over meats to be roasted or grilled.
