Taco Legend Jambalaya

This classic American dish originated in Louisiana during Spanish rule, and it’s easy to see how it might have started off life as a local version of Valencian paella. Over time, ingredients from the Caribbean and Latin America crept in and here we're using the Taco Legend blends to add heat, colour and flavour!

To make this recipe, you'll need:

Legendary recipe! Loved it. Reminded me a lot of Dirty Rice but with some yummy added extras. Modified slightly, replacing chicken & chorizo with chickpeas & tempeh. HOT JAMBALAYA!

Hubby made Taco Legend Jambalaya which was the free Taco Legend recipe for July. It tasted fantastic with a nice spicy kick but not too hot. Will definitely be having it again.
