Taco Legend Kebab with Tomato Salsa

We’ve based this dish on the Turkish yogurtlu kebab, a grilled kebab served on crispy pitta bread, topped with sweet tomato sauce and tangy yogurt. In this version we’ve introduced fantastic Taco Legend flavours with sour cream instead of yogurt, tortillas in place of pitta and smoky CHIPOTLE BLEND to flavour the tomato salsa!

Shopping List

  • 500g beef mince (higher fat content is best!) or use vegan mince for a veg/vegan version
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10g bunch of coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 150g sour cream (full fat is best) or vegan alternative
  • 400g tin of tomatoes
  • 2 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 1 tsp sugar

CANELA BLEND: 2 tsp

CHIPOTLE BLEND: 1 ¼ tsp

ORÉGANO BLEND: 4 tsp
