Taco Legend Shakshouka

Shakshouka is of Maghrebi (Ottoman North African) origin, developed after the Columbian Exchange introduced tomatoes and peppers from the Americas into Africa and Asia. Here we’re using the Taco Legend spices to give it a Mexican twist, creating a dish that's great for brunch with hot pitta breads or tortillas on the side.

To make this recipe, you'll need:

Made a nice twist on a traditional shakshouka. The eggs were perfectly soft and the avocado was nice and creamy. I also added a bit of feta.

Now a regular part of the weekend lunch schedule, this easy to make Shakshouka has a nice Taco Legend kick that's nice and warming. Any excuse for Eggs! Loved by the whole family (I used black beans instead of sweetcorn)
