Big Phan of Phal! Really brought out the texture and flavour of the lamb. I've always know Phal to be superhot, whereas I much appreciated this recipe as genuine Phal is actually more about the flavour and fragrance rather than pure spice - which this dish encapsulates perfectly. Beauti-Phal!!
