  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 300g mixed veg (eg carrots, cauliflower, peas, sweetcorn etc (fresh or frozen)) - cut into bite-size pieces if large
  • 2 onions - thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely grated or crushed
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 50g butter
  • 150ml milk (any type)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 50g raisins or sultanas
  • 250g basmati rice
