Unlike shami or seekh kebabs, shashlik are made with diced (rather than minced) meat. Here the meat is marinated with lemon juice and spices then grilled to make a really simple dish that’s great as a main course with rice and salad, or serve at a summer BBQ with homemade naans and a sweet chutney.
