  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • 2 peppers (any colour)
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (any type) plus extra to serve
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (any type)
  • 20g cornflour
  • 100g gram (chickpea) flour or plain flour
  • Rice or noodles to serve
