Labra is a Bengali mixed vegetable dish, made with coconut and mustard (or more commonly mustard oil). You can use any mix of veg you have to hand for this dish - the contents would vary through the seasons in West Bengal and Bangladesh - but aim for a mix of different colours and textures for the best result.
