  • 1 onion
  • 15g bunch of coriander
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 50g tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
