Description

Palak gosht translates as spinach and meat, but it also works very well with pulses or whole button mushrooms. It’s a mild, fragrant curry that perfectly suits this time of year - still rich and satisfying for those chilly nights (as well as being full of vitamins and iron from all the spinach!), whilst lamb signals the coming of spring.

I' glad you fixed this one as we ate an hour late tonight from the original recipe which I had downloaded. But it was worth waiting for - though I must tame down the Chilli Garlic Chutney as it is a bit hot for us.

Lovely combination of the meat and spinach. Great one pan dinner.
