Palak Gosht

Palak Gosht

Palak gosht translates as spinach and meat, but it also works very well with pulses or whole button mushrooms. It’s a mild, fragrant curry that perfectly suits this time of year - still rich and satisfying for those chilly nights (as well as being full of vitamins and iron from all the spinach!), whilst lamb signals the coming of spring.
