I had some potatoes and spinach needing used up, so this was an obvious recipe to try. It was great, I enjoyed how good the potatoes tasted and the freshness of the lemon juice.

Simple but delicious. Substituted the spinach for kale as we had a tonne of it.

Really delicious. This is one of those dishes you cant help but keep eating while you are still cooking it. I just love that humble spinach and potato can taste like such a special treat. We had this with tandoori chicken and I suspect we will be having it with many other dishes too. Thank you guys for another gem.

Beautiful! Lovely soft and sensual flavour, haldi and veg always goes well. Made with sweet potato; with the green of the spinach I was tempted to drizzle some yoghurt on as a tribute to the tiranga!

Chicken Methi and Chicken Tandoori drumsticks with a side of Aloo Palak… What a wonderful combination of dishes each complementing the other perfectly. I received this Curry Legend recipe book and spices as a 50th birthday present and these are the first recipes I have cooked. So easy to follow! A true taste sensation can’t wait to try so other dishes!
