Gujarati Muthiya

Muthiya are the Gujarati version of a dumpling, a dough is made from various types of flour and vegetables, the mixture then rolled into a sausage shape and steamed.

They’re often served as a snack but we’re serving them with a simple tomato sauce to make a complete dish.
