Onion Pakora Curry

Pakora are the Punjabi version of bhajis, vegetables that have been coated in a spicy batter then fried.

Rather than being served as a snack, this onion version is served as a main with kadhi, a tangy yogurt-based sauce popular in Punjabi homes.
