It’s often eaten alongside plain rice, in which case it’s known as ‘rajma chawal’, and is the perfect, protein packed meal for a vegetarian diet.

  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 10g bunch of coriander - roughly chopped
  • 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 x 400g tins of kidney beans - drained
