  • 1 medium onion - roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - roughly chopped
  • Fresh ginger - roughly chopped to make 1 tbsp
  • 10g coriander - finely chopped
  • ½ lemon
  • 50g unsalted cashew nuts
  • 25g butter
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
