  • 500g diced beef or use whole button mushrooms and a drained can of chickpeas for a veg version
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 65ml milk (any type) plus extra for brushing
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 165g self-raising flour
